Position:
Parts Floater Shift:
Overnight (9:30pm•6:00am)
Pay:
$17•20/hr + $2/hr attendance incentive
Overview:
We are hiring a Parts Floater to support production by moving between stations and assisting where needed. This role requires CNC experience, strong measurement skills, and the ability to read prints. Ideal for someone versatile who can jump in and keep production moving.
Responsibilities:
Float between departments to support production needs Assist with CNC-related tasks and part handling Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Use calipers, tape measures, and basic inspection tools Maintain workflow and communicate with team members Lift and move parts (up to 75 lbs repeatedly) Ensure quality standards are met across tasks
Requirements:
CNC experience required Ability to read blueprints and use calipers/tape measure Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and on a team Physically able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and flexibility
Comp & Benefits:
