Be the first point of care—guiding patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence while ensuring every detail of their visit is handled seamlessly. At SimonMed Imaging, the patient experience starts long before an exam takes place. Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care. Strong communication and team-oriented approach:
You communicate clearly, listen actively, support patients and teams with professionalism and empathy, and contribute to smooth, collaborative front desk operations.

You accurately collect, process, and maintain patient demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments with accuracy and care.

You stay calm under pressure in high-volume environments, manage competing priorities, and handle sensitive or challenging situations with professionalism. Reliability, accountability, and problem-solving: You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, consistently arrive prepared and ready to support the team, contribute to a positive culture, and help resolve scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues while maintaining a positive patient experience. You're a Strong Fit if You Have 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits Your health, happiness and future matters!
