to carry Professional Liability Insurance. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging hip hop dance lessons tailored to various skill levels and age groups Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate foundational techniques, choreography, and performance skills Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, discipline, and positive behavior management Provide personalized feedback and encouragement to help students improve their dancing abilities Collaborate with other instructors or program coordinators to create cohesive dance programs Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere that promotes creativity, teamwork, and respect among students Qualifications Proven experience teaching hip hop dance or related styles such as street dance or urban choreography Strong knowledge of dance techniques including rhythm, timing, coordination, and musicality Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and age groups Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment Experience working with children, teenagers, or adult learners in educational or recreational settings Background in related areas such as theater arts, ballet, or other dance disciplines is a plus Passion for dance education combined with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for inspiring others Join us as a Hip Hop Dance Instructor and bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to empower students through movement!
