Our team is passionate about powersports and ensuring that our customers have the best experiences. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at Allsport. As an advisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, such as answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also need to have computer literacy skills to input and maintain accurate customer records along with scheduling appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments while providing an efficient experience for our customers. Qualifications

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• Computer literacy and ability to use relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior knowledge of powersports vehicles and their features is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent Hourly plus Commission after probationary period
