Hiring Experienced Barista

Job description Passionate Baristas for Our Maple Valley location! Are you a coffee enthusiast with a knack for crafting the perfect cup? We're searching for skilled Baristas to fill our weekend and evening shifts at our very busy stand.

Key Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with excellence. Welcome customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and ingredient questions. Accurately take and process orders, paying close attention to customer preferences. Ensure beverages are served following our recipes. Manage cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the stand. Restock items and manage inventory efficiently. Address maintenance needs and communicate effectively with the management team. Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a pleasant environment for our customers.

We're Looking For Someone With:

Previous experience as a Barista. A valid Food Handlers permit. A valid driver's license. Proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee equipment. Problem-solving capabilities. 6 months of Fast paced drive thru experience. Knowledge of sanitation regulations. Flexibility to work various shifts, specifically weekends and evenings. Strong mathematical skills. Independence and initiative. The ability to remember repeat customers' orders. A talent for identifying customer preferences. Outstanding communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred but not required:

relevant training.

Shift Details:

Experience Requirement:

At least 6 months of experience as a Barista is preferred.

License/Certification:
