Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist interested in making a real impact within an elementary school environment. This full-time, contract role covers a maternity leave from August 26th, 2026 through November 30th, 2026. Work on-site with a supportive team, building relationships with young learners and collaborating closely with teachers and parents. What we're looking for: Active SLP licensure in the state of Washington ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Commitment to working on-site throughout the assignment
Daily Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop tailored intervention plans and implement therapy for individuals or small groups Consult with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions This contract offers a highly competitive compensation package with weekly pay, making your contributions rewarding and recognized.
