Job Description

Chitra Productions LLC is seeking a highly detail-oriented and mission-focused professional to support the Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) through the High Value (HiVal) Requisition Review Process and Allowance Gatekeeper functions. This role directly supports NAVSEA-funded outfitting operations by ensuring requisitions, allowances, and funding actions are accurate, compliant, and operationally effective. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, administrative, and communication skills, along with experience supporting Navy logistics, outfitting, supply chain management, or readiness-based sparing initiatives.
Position Details Clearance Requirement:

Travel:
Occasional travel may be required in support of HiVal Program Reviews and related meetings Key Responsibilities Conduct research and review analysis for High Value (HiVal) requisitions valued at $2,000 or more. Validate item applications and authorizations against Allowance Parts Lists (APL) and Allowance Equipage Lists (AEL). Identify and prevent duplicate or erroneous requisitions to reduce unnecessary procurement costs. Support reduction of total ownership costs through improved requisition accuracy and allowance management. Maintain material and budget accountability for OPN, SCN, and WPN funding. Perform RG/RF analysis and support outfitting requisition validation efforts. Maintain and update requisition traps within the Outfitting Requisition Control and Accounting System (ORCAS). Respond to

ad hoc system queries and gatekeeper requests. Gatekeeper and

Support Review and validate Allowance Override (AOR) code assignments. Support processing and review of Allowance Change Requests (ACRs) and Allowance Exception Requests (AERs). Prepare and coordinate Maritime Allowance RBS, Reprovisioning, and Change-Review Board (MARRC-RB) agendas and supporting documentation. Brief ACRs, AERs, maintenance packages, and roll-over actions to

stakeholders. Record, compile, and distribute
MARRC-RB
meeting minutes and action items. Maintain
MARRC-RB
repositories and support updates to joint policy documentation. Capture and report critical performance metrics related to readiness, allowances, and funding impacts. Coordination and Reporting Coordinate with Fleet representatives, SUPSHIP, NAVSUP WSS, NAVSUP, and NAVSEA stakeholders. Develop Naval Messages related to outfitting issues. Prepare monthly status reports, technical reports, and other deliverables as required. Support working groups and meetings with detailed minutes and action tracking. Conduct semi-annual backorder reviews and coordinate requisition cancellation actions when necessary. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience supporting U.S. Navy logistics, supply, outfitting, readiness, or maintenance programs. Knowledge of Navy allowance processes, requisition review procedures, and supply systems. Experience with
ORCAS, NAVSUP
systems, or related Navy logistics tools preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting NAVSEA, NSLC, or NAVSUP operations. Familiarity with Readiness Based Sparing (RBS), MARRC-RB processes, or allowance management.
