Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a lively, upbeat manner Operate POS systems such as Toast Handle cash, credit card transactions Suggest menu items to enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cashier area, including food safety practices Manage time effectively Requirements 2 Years Previous Experience in food service or retail Excellent Communication Skills Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and sales calculations Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift 30 pounds
