Home Builder Up to $24/hr

Construction Builder Pay:

$16.50-$24/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM +

OVERTIME Overtime:

Available, including Saturdays Spherion is hiring Home Builders for a full-time residential construction facility in Cuero, TX. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working as part of a fast-paced team environment. Steady hours and overtime opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the construction and assembly of residential building components Use hand and power tools such as drills, nail guns, saws, and tape measures Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and work instructions Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with a team to meet daily production and construction goals

Requirements:

Previous construction, carpentry, framing, assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred Plumbing experience is a plus Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic blueprints or willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and reliable attendance This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable full-time work in a construction and manufacturing environment with consistent hours and overtime potential.
