We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential in-home and community-based support for elders.   • Caregiving skills, behavioral support, and more ✅ Family-Owned Agency That Truly Values You Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and meal preparation.
Provide personal care and behavioral support for seniors and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation as needed. Monitor client health, observe and report behavioral or medical changes to the RN or supervisor. Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client rights and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant). Engage clients in meaningful activities, community outings, and social interactions to promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment. Communicate and collaborate with families, case managers, social workers, and healthcare professionals. Document care and communication clearly and accurately. Skills & Experience First Aid & CPR certification (provided if you don't have it) Experience in group homes, supported living, or assisted living highly desirable Strong observation skills for monitoring behavioral or health changes Experience working with individuals with autism, Down syndrome, or other developmental disabilities Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with mobility (up to 50 lbs) Cooking ability for simple and dietary-specific meals Home care, home health, or hospice experience is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Qualifications Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray LiveScan background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Join a Team That Truly Values You If you're passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful difference every day—we'd love to meet you!
