Janitorial / Delivery driver

Provides janitorial services as directed to ensure all contractual requirements are met. Provide transportation of employees, supplies and equipment with assigned Company vehicle. Essential Functions:

• Cleans and services private restrooms, holding cells, lunchrooms, interior inspection, booths and offices in all departments to meet contractual standards/requirements and maintain them presentable.
• Maintains custodian closets/ company van in clean and orderly array to ensure easy access and accounting of supplies and equipment.
• Follows all company safety processes and procedures and demonstrates proper use of safety equipment.
• May be required to perform street‑sweeping duties in accordance with contract requirements and as otherwise assigned.
• Responsible for driving assigned Company vehicle to provide transportation of employees, supplies and equipment to various worksites as directed by Management Team directly and/or through the daily building schedule(s)

• High school diploma or GED; and one- two years related experience: or equivalent combination of education and experience relative field
• Minimum one (1) year janitorial experience. No prior experience is required for individuals with disabilities.
• The position requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and active listening skills, along with the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

The employee must be able to read and write in English, demonstrate solid organizational and time‑management skills, and provide excellent customer service. Effective communication and collaboration with other employees are essential to success in this role.

• The employee must possess a valid California Driver's License. Must be able to operate a company vehicle, and successfully pass the company's driver background check process.
• Operate cell phone, tablet and any other related, necessary equipment issued by the company responsibly.
• Maintain open and professional communications with and between customers, and Company Management staff.

Ability to drive a vehicle with multiple passengers, supplies and equipment safely and within the parameters of the law. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Equipment Used:

Broom, mop, vacuums, various cleaning chemicals, cloths and other various related cleaning equipment. Company vehicle. Not limited to Company phone, vehicle and tablet; or other related equipment to successfully perform the job.
