- Metro is looking for a motivated and passionate per diem Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care.

- see patients any 7 days of the week + Preference given to see patients in your primary geographic area
Responsibilities:
- + Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area + Provide 1:1 treatment + Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs + Deliver care that aligns with professional standards, agency policies, and the prescribed plan of care + Educate family members, home health aides, and other caregivers on proper therapy techniques + Plan, and carry out occupational therapy programs to maintain, improve or restore physical function, relieve pain, and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.
- Qualifications
- + Occupational Therapist Program Graduate + Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible. + Home health experience is preferred but not required
- We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance. + Ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned geographic territory + Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc.

- The anticipated pay range for this position is
- $70-90 per visit
