Position Summary As a Home Comfort Advisor, you'll be the first person our customers meet in their home. Your role is to perform basic system health checks, identify visible issues, educate homeowners, and coordinate next steps with our licensed service partners when repairs are needed. This is NOT a technical repair role. This is a customer-facing field role focused on service, trust, and opportunity identification. Responsibilities Perform basic visual HVAC system inspections Replace filters (when needed) Check thermostat operation Check drain line condition Capture system photos Document visible issues Educate homeowners on system health Present maintenance membership options Identify repair/replacement opportunities Coordinate L2 licensed technician dispatch Collect diagnostic/service fees Maintain customer notes in Jobber What You'll Do Daily Run 3-6 residential appointments Conduct freemium inspections Convert inspections into paid service opportunities Upsell maintenance memberships Support install leads Requirements Strong communication skills Professional appearance Comfortable entering homes Basic mechanical aptitude Reliable transportation Smartphone proficiency Willingness to learn HVAC basics
