Job Summary The Brandons Assisted Living is hiring a Night Shift Aide. Hours are 10:45p - 7:15a and every other weekend. A $1000 sign on bonus will be offered. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote dignity and independence Monitor patient observations, including vital signs and overall health status, documenting changes accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems Provide medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper timing and dosage as prescribed by healthcare providers Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs tailored to individual dietary requirements Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to support overall well-being Document medical records and care activities precisely while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Skills Strong patient observation skills with the ability to recognize changes in condition or behavior Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and medical instructions Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Join us in delivering exceptional home health care that empowers clients to live safely and comfortably at home.
