Job Responsibilities:

Support patients by providing assistance with daily tasks, including, housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Requirements to come applied with us HHA/PCA Certificate Valid State ID And Social Security card Physical Form (signed and stamped by physician) PPD (with Chest X-ray if needed)/or QuantiFeron Lab report MMR Lab Report Drug Screen with Lab Work (9 months or newer) 2 Reference Letters (type, dated and sign with a phone number)
