Home Health Caregiver

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and support to individuals with special needs
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Keep track of medical records and documentation
• Follow established care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of special needs care practices and techniques
• Ability to prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions
• Strong organizational skills to maintain medical records and documentation
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals with special needs and their families
• Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide quality care and support
