Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. If you're passionate about building relationships, helping homeowners enhance their properties, and achieving sales excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored remodeling solutions. Conduct in-home consultations, presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain a pipeline of company provided leads through effective relationship-building and networking. Collaborate with our design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in the residential remodeling or construction industry preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
