  • As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive home care services to our clients, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the care team
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in home care or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist clients with transferring, bathing, and walking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
