Occupational Therapist:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide therapy sessions in patients' homes, focusing on improving daily living skills. Educate patients and their families on techniques to enhance independence and safety. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy License (Utah) Valid Driver's license Reliable transportation Ideal candidates: You have a caring personality, You are are dependable, You are patient, You are encouraging, You work well with a team.
