Prepare and dispense intravenous medications accurately and efficiently for home infusion patients Assist pharmacists with compounding and labeling infusions following strict safety and quality protocols Review prescriptions and communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient-specific therapy needs Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of medication supplies Educate patients and caregivers on proper medication administration and infusion device use Document patient records and comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Pharmacy Technician certification with current IV Therapy certification strongly required Previous experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy preferred Comprehensive knowledge of aseptic technique and USP standards Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to delivering compassionate care and maintaining patient safety
