Home Maintenance Manager

About the Role Concierge Lake George is seeking a reliable, resourceful, and hands-on House Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and care of luxury homes throughout the Lake George region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working independently, preforming maintenance tasks, and coordinating service professionals while ensuring high-end homes remain in excellent condition. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to manage multiple service needs across several properties. You will act as the primary point of contact for property maintenance , coordinating with vendors and our home office, performing basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring homes are always maintained to the highest standard while presenting in a professional manner to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of client homes to identify maintenance needs Handle basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep Ensure homes are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, functionality, and safety Monitor systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property conditions Identify potential issues early and proactively coordinate repairs Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and service providers with our home office Let contractors into homes and oversee work being performed Ensure vendors complete work properly and on schedule Maintain strong working relationships with trusted local service providers Communicate project updates and maintenance needs to leadership and clients Logistics & Problem Solving Coordinate scheduling across multiple homes and service providers Respond to maintenance issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise Organize service visits, repairs, and seasonal maintenance Maintain accurate records of work completed and service history Assist with logistical planning for property upkeep and service coordination Client Service Maintain a professional presence when interacting with homeowners Ensure properties are always prepared for owner arrival Respond quickly and professionally to property issues when they occur Qualifications Experience in property maintenance, construction, home services, or facilities management Strong problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude Ability to perform basic home maintenance and troubleshooting Excellent organizational and logistical coordination skills Ability to manage multiple properties and service schedules Comfortable working independently and in the field Strong communication and professionalism when working with clients and contractors Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits & Compensation Company truck provided Incentive-based performance pay Competitive base compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company Work in one of the most beautiful regions of New York About Concierge Lake George Concierge Lake George is the region's fastest-growing luxury property maintenance and home management firm , specializing in the care and management of lakefront residential homes throughout the Lake George area.
