Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Home Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repairs, and service to our customers' homes. Your expertise in various trades and tools will ensure that homes are safe, functional, and meet our high standards of quality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with homeowners, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to their satisfaction and peace of mind. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and repairs on homes, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and lawn care equipment to complete service tasks efficiently Diagnose issues accurately and communicate solutions clearly to homeowners Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and using proper protective equipment Drive company vehicles to customer sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines Complete detailed service reports and documentation after each visit Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks such as landscaping or pest control as needed Experience Prior experience in home repair, maintenance, or related trades preferred Knowledge of pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is a plus Skilled in using various hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with homeowners Join us as a Home Service Technician and be part of a dynamic team committed to improving homes and enriching lives!
