Job Description

LOCATION

Bellefontaine, OH 43311 We are looking for a dependable caregiver. Must have a car and an HS Diploma.

INDIVIDUAL IN BELLEFONTAINE, OHIO, FEMALE

, adult, able to walk, highly dependable, but she needs redirections

SCHEDULE

16 hours a week, once a week. Schedule will be discussed upon interview.

Saturday:

5 pm to Sun 5 pm Sunday 5 pm

Monday 8 am

Thursday:

5 pm

Friday 8 am

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the client in the following Encourage the client to do things on her own with your directions Take the client to the YMCA daily Prepare meals Activities Shop for groceries Assist the client to do house chores, including laundry and changing bed linens Perform any additional household cleaning tasks, including vacuuming and dusting Assist the client in Personal care Follow the care plan If you are interested, please call Maria at (614) 530-7799.
