Competitive pay ($19.00 per hour) Direct deposit Flexible schedules and matching Homecare Aides with nearby clients Employee recognition programs Responsibilities As a Homecare Aide with Glam Healthcare, you will: Provides support for daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal prep. Performs light housekeeping tasks as required. Transports and escorts clients to medical appointments and social outings when necessary. Offers personalized services to clients according to their individual care plans. Ensures client safety and well-being by quickly informing your supervisor of any changes in the client's condition. Completes visits and records daily service tasks using our home care app. Provides essential receipts and documentation for necessary shopping and errands. Participates in the annual 12-hour in-service training and attends quarterly conferences with the supervisor. Qualifications Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or at least one year of caregiving work experience. Willing to undergo a criminal background check. Eligible to work in the United States. Two references. Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Access to a reliable car or public transportation. Completes pre-service training (24 hours).
