Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant PRN

Responsibilities for this role include:

Providing the highest quality care to hospice patients by assisting with ADLs including bathing, dressing, incontinence care, companionship, and more Communicating and working seamlessly with all team members to provide the best outcomes for our patients and the company Approaching every day and each situation in a manner that maintains our team culture focused on employee satisfaction, high quality care, and a family-oriented environment Maintaining a high level of creativity and desire to innovate new ways to deliver the highest quality care to our patients Voicing your opinion is key! We are always looking to adapt and improve our model of care and team environment. Feedback and transparency are core pillars of our culture. Main coverage areas are Palacios and Bay City.
