What You'll Do:
Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients facing end-of-life transitions. Offer prayer, reflection, ritual, or conversation aligned with patient wishes. Support families through grief, transition, and difficult moments. Honor and respect diverse belief systems and cultural traditions. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings , contributing spiritual insight and aligned care planning. Facilitate conversations around life review, legacy, forgiveness, and meaning. Serve as a calm and grounded presence during uncertain moments.
Who We're Hoping To Meet:
Chaplain or spiritual care provider with experience in hospice, palliative care, oncology, healthcare ministry, or end-of-life settings preferred. Comfortable supporting individuals from all faith backgrounds, belief systems, and spiritual identities. Strong listener with emotional maturity, empathy, and compassion. Grounded, dependable, and comfortable navigating emotionally complex situations. Passionate about the role spiritual care plays in whole-person healing. Interested In Joining Us?
