Required Qualifications:

At least one year of relevant experience AND/OR completed 2-year education from a vocational/tech school Must be able to perform all basic repairs to cars and light trucks Must have own tools Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record Must have a good attitude

Required Skills:

Mechanic experience Driving Brakes Diagnostics Basic computer and internet literacy Must be able to lift over 50 lbs

Job Description & Responsibilities:

ASE certification(s) are required within 12 months of hire date Read manufacturer's drawings and manuals Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.) Drive manual transmission vehicles Use computer diagnostic equipment Perform maintenance and repair services on a variety of makes and models of vehicles, up to and including one-ton trucks
