• Registered Nurse (RN) - Director of Nursing (DON)
• to lead our hospice care team. This is more than a job—it's a calling to provide exceptional care to patients and families during life's most meaningful moments.

• What You'll Do:

• + Lead and coordinate hospice services for patients and families. + Supervise interdisciplinary team members (nurses, social workers, chaplains, etc.). + Oversee admissions, care planning, and compliance with state/federal regulations. + Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. + Serve as a clinical and community liaison for hospice education and outreach.

• What You Bring:

• + Active, unrestrictedRN licensein the state of practice. + 1+ years of field hospice experience. + 1+ years of leadership experience(preferred). + Strong clinical skills and understanding ofHospice and Palliative Care. + Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification. + Experience inhospice, home health, med/surg, or oncologyis a plus.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice
