Northern Lights is hiring Hospitality Aides to support our care team and residents while you train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Your Everyday Superpowers)Support Resident Well-Being:
Assist residents with daily activities like meals, hydration, companionship, and mobility—no hands-on care required at this stage. Provide warm, friendly interactions that brighten our residents' days. Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Be a Key Part of theTeam:
Work closely with CNAs and nurses to learn care routines and protocols. Provide updates and observations about residents' well-being to the nursing team. Pitch in where needed to help our community run smoothly. Train to Become a CNA (We'll Help!): Enroll in a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, fully supported by our team. Receive hands-on experience and mentorship as you prepare to take your certification exam. Transition to a CNA role with us upon successful completion! What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Great Attitude) ✔ No Experience? No Problem! No CNA certification is required to start—we'll train you. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A heart for helping others and a strong desire to grow in senior care. ✔Skills & Strengths:
Positive attitude and a team-first mindset. Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn. Excellent communication skills and a warm, respectful approach with residents. ✔Physical & Schedule Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident movement under supervision. Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
