Full-Time Join Our Team in Taylorsville, NC Located in the heart of Taylorsville, Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-service-driven Hospitality Coordinator to help create a warm and welcoming experience for our residents and their families. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring each resident's stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. From welcoming new admissions to assisting with day-to-day needs, you will help enhance the overall resident experience and support our commitment to exceptional care. Position Summary The Hospitality Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This position works closely with nursing and administrative staff to ensure new residents feel welcomed and that all residents receive excellent customer service throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Welcome newly admitted residents and help orient them to the facility Provide information about facility services, amenities, and daily activities Maintain daily contact with residents to ensure their needs are being met Assist residents and families with questions and concerns Obtain personal care items such as toiletries and comfort items as needed Plan and coordinate special events, celebrations, and resident meetings Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and visitors Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications At least two years of customer service, hospitality, or guest services experience preferred Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Positive attitude with patience, flexibility, and compassion Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Why Join Us?
