Hospitality Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
• Sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not required
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
