Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Hotel Bellman to join our team at The Denali Park Village Hotel. As a Bellman, you will be a key part of creating a memorable guest experience by offering friendly, efficient, and personalized assistance. The Bell staff is highly visible on resort grounds, lobby, parking lot, and readily available to assist hotel guests with luggage, resort information and other requests. Bell Staff must maintain high level of professionalism and provide excellent guest services to all visitors. Experience the Endless Summer of Alaska at Denali Park Village Hotel! Summer days in Alaska stretch nearly endlessly, with up to 20 hours of daylight on the Summer Solstice. Spanning 6.2 million acres, Denali National Park & Preserve is home to Denali, the highest peak in North America, and attracts over half a million visitors annually. Conveniently accessible by road—4.5 hours from Anchorage and 2 hours from Fairbanks—this breathtaking area offers daily bus services along the park road throughout the warm summer months, providing opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, climbing, and camping. Located just 7 miles south of the entrance to Denali National Park, the Denali Park Village Hotel operates from May to September. Our guests enjoy comfortable accommodations, exceptional dining options, and live entertainment in a stunning natural setting.

Position Details:

This exciting seasonal role is available from May to September. We offer competitive wages, comfortable on-site housing, and a variety of fun activities to keep your summer vibrant. • Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Book reservations and coordinate registration
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. • Previous guest services experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.

This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
