Tennis Assistant Manager Life Time - 3.5 Vestavia, AL Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Teaching Full Job Description Position Summary The Tennis Assistant Manager assists the Tennis Manager in the overall direction, coordination and supervision of the Tennis Department. They help the Tennis Manager in ensuring Tennis Pros achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals and assist Tennis Manager in maintaining the Tennis Department business plan and budget. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs to ensure students are satisfied with their program and remain motivated to attain their fitness goals Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during tennis lessons on proper forms, techniques, and strategies to improve their overall tennis game Observes and assesses student's performance to detect and correct mistakes Assists with training and developing staff through quality orientations, direction, and feedback Assigns Tennis Pros to classes and lessons and assists with payroll Assists with ensuring each Tennis Pros achieve or exceed monthly revenue and lesson goals Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 3 years of experience teaching tennis lessons United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) and/or Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certified CPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Requirements College degree in Sports and Recreation or related field Life Time is a place for everyone.
