Overview Love working with kids and helping them discover a lifelong passion for tennis? Join Toss and Spin as our Lead Junior Tennis Programming Professional ! We're looking for an energetic, organized, and passionate leader to oversee our growing junior tennis program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching players of all ages and abilities while mentoring fellow instructors and creating memorable experiences for families. You'll help shape the next generation of players by creating a fun, welcoming, and positive environment both on and off the court. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all junior tennis programming, including clinics, camps, after-school programs, and special events. Develop engaging lesson plans for players of all ages and skill levels. Coach private lessons and group classes. Mentor and support junior tennis instructors to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction. Evaluate players and recommend appropriate class placement. Build positive relationships with parents and families. Assist with scheduling, staffing, and program organization. Help grow junior participation through community outreach and special events. Represent Toss and Spin with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Qualifications Experience coaching junior tennis programs. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service. Passion for youth development and creating a positive learning environment. Evening and weekend availability.
