This is a non-paid position that provides valuable exposure, competitive playing experience, networking opportunities, and the chance to compete in one of the fastest-growing women's semi-professional basketball leagues. If you're committed to improving your game, representing your team with pride, and being part of something bigger than yourself, we want to hear from you. Player Responsibilities Compete in league games while demonstrating strong basketball fundamentals, including shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding, and defense. Attend scheduled practices, games, workouts, and team meetings. Work with coaches and teammates to develop strategies and improve team performance. Display leadership, professionalism, and positive sportsmanship on and off the court. Maintain a positive attitude while representing the NWBC, your organization, and league partners. Participate in league events, promotional activities, community outreach, and media opportunities when available. Stay physically prepared throughout the season by maintaining a high level of conditioning and commitment. Player Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age . Previous high school, college, semi-professional, professional, or competitive basketball experience is preferred. Strong work ethic, coachability, and commitment to team success. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation to practices and games. Willingness to represent the league with professionalism and integrity.
