WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As a new Gymnastics Coordinator, you can expect a dynamic and energetic environment where each day brings something new! Your responsibilities will include planning and leading engaging gymnastics classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring each child's safety while they flip, twist, and soar. You'll be part of a team that emphasizes respect and responsibility, encouraging personal growth and teamwork among your students. Your expected schedule will typically range from 10 to 15 hours per week, with classes held during afternoons and weekends when kids are eager to learn. Expect to interact with children and their families, fostering a fun atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS GYMNASTICS COORDINATOR JOB
To thrive as a Gymnastics Coordinator, several key skills and qualifications are essential for success. A high school diploma is a must, and you should be at least 18 years old to ensure you're equipped to guide and inspire young gymnasts effectively. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Must be a high school graduate 18 years or older. Knowledge and experience teaching gymnastics.
