Job Description Title:
Level Manager Position Purpose and Expectations:
This position reports directly to the Gym Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Gymnastics program at our Maryland Heights location. This includes developing instructional staff according to the curriculum and Team Central standards, creating an exceptional class experience for students and families within the program and obtaining healthy enrollment growth. This position requires teaching classes in the gym and administrative work in the office, along with limited travel to Olympia locations. Essential Functions of the
Job:
Our Level Managers play a key role in providing quality instruction through a fun-filled, high-energy, and high-quality learning environment. They are responsible for preparing class materials and lesson plans and keeping kids positively engaged in the class. The Level Manager is expected to lead with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to the Team Central mission, ensuring programs are safe, engaging, and aligned with company standards. Success in this role is measured through strong staff leadership, program quality, customer satisfaction, and healthy enrollment growth. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide regular coaching, feedback and mentorship to staff. Assist in identifying, recruiting, and hiring staff who align with the company's culture and values. Maintain consistent instructional quality across all classes. Ensure curriculum supports athlete progress, confidence, fun and self-esteem. Maintain a strong department safety record and ensure staff are properly trained in all injury and emergency procedures. Support enrollment growth and retention within the department. Support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach opportunities. Build positive relationships with athletes and families.
Qualification Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma required, College degree helpful.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills. Organizational and problem-solving abilities. Customer service and relationship-building skills. Moderate computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel). Understanding of Olympia/ programs and services. First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
Experience:
2+ years of customer service experience. 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. Experience growing a program or increasing participation and/or enrollments. Background in gymnastics, cheer, ninja, tumbling or dance preferred.
