Under the direct supervision of theDirector of Golfwill be responsible for supervising specific parts of the golf operation including but not limited to Starters, Rangers, and Outside Golf Staff as well as the support of the daily operation of the Golf Pro Shop. May teach private, group and junior golf lessons as available.

EssentialFunctions:

Enthusiastic greeting of guests (by name if possible) Speak with guests in a friendly, warm manner making them feel welcome Display conduct in an appropriate manner at all timesin accordance with the Omni Hotels Utilize a working knowledge of club operations Render professional advice, opinions, assistance, and services asrequired. Perform duties and meet requirements for tournaments, club rentalsand services which the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Professionalsdeems necessary. Promote the interests of the resort inproviding service to theguest. Provide a guest friendly environment Coordinate the golf guest on-course experience while maintaininga positive memorable experience during their round(s) of golf and hotel stay. Tools and Equipment Telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine,handand stationarytools asrelated to trade.

Golf carts, golfclubs and utility vehicles. Working Environment Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures Exterior ofhotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, plus twoyearsrelevant experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Must possess a teaching background in group, private and junior golf instruction. Must have excellent interpersonal skills Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be attentive to detail Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays
