Job Description
Stipend position payable May 15, 2027 $6133.00 Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our boys' tennis program as the Head Coach. This full-time position involves overseeing all aspects of the tennis program, including player development, team management, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tennis coaching, a commitment to fostering a positive team culture, and the ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes. Requirements Must have a valid substitute certificate or NJ Teaching Certificate Proven experience coaching tennis at the high school level or higher. Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, strategies, and rules of play. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with student-athletes, parents, and staff. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate practice and competition schedules. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Commitment to fostering a positive and respectful team culture. Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain. Ability to pass background checks and comply with school district policies.
