Job Description

The Ocean Community YMCA is looking for an energetic and experienced Gymnastics Coordinator to lead and grow our recreational and competitive gymnastics programs. This position blends hands-on coaching with program leadership, staff development, safety, and family engagement—all while creating a positive environment where kids can build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of gymnastics.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Required. 3-5 years of gymnastics experience required along with a working knowledge of gymnastic skills and spotting techniques for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of competition. USGA Safety certification is required within 6 months of employment. CPR, AED, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen required; American Red Cross or equivalent.
