Experience Required Desire to pursue a career in golf and enrollment (or willingness to enroll) in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming member experience. Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. Previous golf or retail experience is helpful but not required. Essential Responsibilities The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Head Golf Professional and the golf operations team to provide excellent service to members and guests.
