Overview Cleveland Country Club, a premier private club in the heart of southeast Tennessee, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring PGA Professional to begin or continue their career in a supportive environment that emphasizes member service, professional growth, and hands-on learning. About the Club Founded in 1924, Cleveland Country Club offers a classic 18-hole championship golf course, active member programming, and a welcoming family-oriented atmosphere. The Club prides itself on its dedication to hospitality, strong traditions, and its commitment to providing members with an exceptional golf and social experience. Experience Required Desire to pursue a career in golf and enrollment (or willingness to enroll) in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming member experience. Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. Previous golf or retail experience is helpful but not required. Essential Responsibilities The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Head Golf Professional and the golf operations team to provide excellent service to members and guests. This position is designed for someone eager to learn all facets of golf operations, including tournament management, merchandising, instruction, and daily play coordination. Benefits
