Job Description

Job Title Administrative Assistant 3 - Student Athlete Enhancement Center Department Student Athlete Enhancement Center Salary $36,847 - $44,954; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function Serve as office manager and personal secretary to the director and provide clerical support for the Student Athlete Enhancement Center. Monitor front desk and computer lab operations; manage staff calendars; make travel arrangements; submit facilities work orders; coordinate student worker payroll; maintain office supplies and make purchases; reconcile and monitor budgets. Assist with preparation and distribution of routine reports to coaches and athletic staff; and generate reports and correspondence as requested. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Required Education High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required. Required Related Experience Two years progressively responsible secretarial experience.
Note:
An Associate's degree (two years of college coursework) and one year experience may be considered in lieu of work experience. Desirable Related Experience CAP/CPS preferred.
