Located near the heart of Dallas, Northwood Club is one of the state's premier private clubs and proud host of the 1952 U.S. Open. Our active golf operation provides Assistant Professionals with meaningful hands-on experience in tournament operations, instruction, merchandising, hospitality, and junior golf, all while working alongside a team committed to helping you grow professionally. Experience Required Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Loves serving people Enjoys building relationships Has a positive attitude Takes initiative Wants coaching and continual improvement Is passionate about building a career as a PGA Professional Experience is important. Attitude, work ethic, and hospitality are even more important. Qualifications PGA Member or PGA Associate (or actively pursuing membership) Previous golf operations experience Bachelor's Degree Essential Responsibilities What You'll Experience You'll gain experience in: Member Hospitality & Service Tournament Operations Merchandising Junior Golf Club Fitting & Club Repair Golf Instruction Daily Operations Leadership Development Every Assistant Professional is part of a development POD alongside a Senior Assistant Professional, giving you ownership, mentorship, and exposure to every aspect of a successful private club operation.
