About us South Shore Harbour Country Club is a Private Club in League City, TX with a 27 hole golf course, dining facilities and our newest amenity nearing completion- 5 Pickleball courts! We are looking for a Pickleball Professional to join our leadership team and help provide our members and guests with an outstanding pickleball experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the game, a passion for teaching and coaching, and a commitment to Member/customer service. The Pickleball Professional will be responsible for providing instruction, managing the courts, coordinating mixers, leagues & tournaments, as well as assisting with other Club related activities.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development of the Club's racquet sports and facilities. Develop and implement Pickleball programs for all levels of players. Organize and manage leagues, tournaments, mixers and other events. Provide pickleball instruction to individuals and groups. Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations of the game. Provide customer service to members and guests. Assists and contributes to the Club's leadership team as needed to ensure operational excellence. Compensation will be commiserate upon experience, $18-$25 hourly base pay for Club programming and operational hours, 75/25 commission split on private and group lessons, plus annual performance bonus potential based on Club performance.
