Job Description

Overview Gleannloch Golf Club is a 27 hole semi-private golf club that was purcashed in June of 2025 by Advance Golf Partners and has undergone a transforation of its facility with the addition of a new bar and grill complete with an authentic Italian pizza kitchen, 2 bars, a golf and games simulator and more. We have also added a new fleet of golf carts and greatly upgraded our driving range and putting green. We're looking for an enegertic leader to run our golf operations. The Director of Golf is the leader of golf operations. This position is responsible for the hiring, training, and overseeing all inside and outside golf operations. This position will work directly with the General Manager to implement all programs and service initiatives. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the execution of tournaments and outings, and all aspects of guest and member relations related to their golf expereince. Experience Required 2 Years of Head Golf Professional or 3 years of Assistant Golf Professional expereince is prefered. Essential Responsibilities Contribute to a positive, professional, and successful work environment Employ leadership skills to assemble and lead a highly functional golf operation Apply effective interpersonal skills to manage both your staff and guests Work effectively and accurately in a busy work environment Be willing and able to engage guests in conversation and learn more about them and their golf habits Good problem solver who understands and can manage common golf guest and member issues Assist the golf operations in all areas as needed
