Job Description

Are you passionate about golf and love helping others improve their game? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Golf Fitting Specialist to join our team full-time. As a key member of our fitting department, you'll deliver a personalized and professional experience to golfers of all skill levels—helping them find the perfect clubs to elevate their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive custom club fittings using launch monitors and fitting tools (GCQuad) Analyze swing data and ball flight to recommend optimal head and shaft combinations, custom fit to their needs and price range. Provide detailed, honest, and education-driven consultations to customers Maintain a deep understanding of current golf equipment, technology, and trends Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, expertise, and a commitment to improving their game Maintain fitting bays, tools, and inventory to the highest professional standard Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
Prior experience in custom golf fitting or a related golf industry role preferred Strong knowledge of golf equipment, brands, and fitting principles Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to interpret launch monitor data and communicate findings clearly Passion for golf and helping others play their best Availability to work weekends and peak retail hours PGA certification is a plus, but not required
