No previous kitchen experience is required—we'll teach you what you need to know and give you the training and support to succeed. What You'll Do As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll help bring Mellow Mushroom's food to life by: Preparing pizzas, salads, hoagies, appetizers, and other menu items to our standards Learning our menu, ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods Working alongside an experienced team while learning each station Preparing fresh ingredients, including vegetables, dough, and other food prep Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures Helping the team during busy periods and jumping in wherever you're needed Completing side work, restocking, and cleaning kitchen equipment What We're Looking For You don't need years of restaurant experience to be successful here. We're looking for people who: Show up ready to work and can be counted on by their team Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn Can work well with others and communicate effectively Can stay focused and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment Take pride in keeping their workspace clean and organized Are comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
