Part-Time About the Position We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Bakers to join our Crumbl team! As a Baker, you will play an important role in creating the high-quality cookies our customers know and love. You will follow Crumbl recipes and procedures, prepare and decorate cookies, maintain food safety and quality standards, and help keep the kitchen running efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a team. Baker Responsibilities Read, understand, and accurately follow Crumbl recipes and procedures Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment Prepare, bake, decorate, and display cookies according to Crumbl standards Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products Ensure cookies are consistently prepared, baked, decorated, and presented correctly Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Monitor inventory and production levels Help fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly customer service when needed Work with other team members to complete daily production goals Assist with other store duties as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and computer skills Strong focus on food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction Previous baking, restaurant, food service, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, reach, and use hands frequently Work in a warm and fast-paced kitchen environment Safely operate kitchen equipment Lift and carry ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed Work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Why Join Our Team?
