Part-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Shift Lead to join our Crumbl team! The Shift Lead is responsible for helping lead the team during their assigned shift and making sure the store operates efficiently, safely, and to Crumbl's standards. Shift Leads work closely with the General Manager and help provide direction to Bakers and other team members. This position requires someone who can lead by example, communicate clearly, hold team members accountable, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, confident, and willing to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed. Shift Lead Responsibilities Lead and oversee employees during assigned shifts Provide clear instructions and direction to team members Ensure employees meet performance and productivity expectations Lead by example and demonstrate proper work procedures Complete all responsibilities outlined in the Baker position Help ensure cookies are prepared, baked, decorated, and presented according to Crumbl standards Maintain excellent customer service throughout the shift Address customer questions and concerns professionally Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance Help communicate employee performance and shift concerns to the General Manager Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and healthy work environment Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed Help ensure daily tasks and production goals are completed on time Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned Help maintain inventory, supplies, and cleanliness Approve or verify employee hours as assigned Complete required records and shift reports Communicate important information between shifts and management Step in and help wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication skills Dependable, punctual, and reliable High integrity and strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail Positive and professional attitude Ability to hold yourself and others accountable Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable giving direction and providing feedback Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, reach, and use hands frequently Work in a warm and fast-paced kitchen environment Safely operate kitchen equipment Lift and carry ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed Why Join Our Team?
