Job Discription:
Our Bakery Team Lead will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the store. The Bakery Team Lead will effectively direct and supervise all activities of the bakery department and its personnel to achieve merchandising, sales and customer service goals established for the department.
Responsibilities:
A Bakery Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. A Bakery Team Lead's responsibilities include: Focusing on providing fast and friendly customer service. Using scale er machine, ensuring weights and pricing are correct. Understanding the importance of and monitoring product pricing, signage, and placement as well as the use of product shelf tags and shelf signage. Keeping a clean, neat and orderly bench, production area, storage area, and walk-in coolers and freezers. ing in the wrapping, boxing, weighing, slicing, finishing, and stocking bakery department products, rotating them as necessary to ensure quality and safety. Displaying goods following bakery department and/or merchandising guidelines.
